thankful.

So thankful for both of our families... we had a very full thanksgiving this year.  We are luky enough to have both families close, so we go to both the Saukkolas and the Burtons for Turkey.  Sadly, I didnt capture any photos at the Saukkolas, but here are a few from the Burton dinner. Loved being with the ENTIRE Burton family, such a rare treat.

Since the last post...

Here is what we've been up to...
The warriors finished up a great season, way to go dad!
Adventuring to Disneyland with some friends, and loving the jungle cruise with all of those animals.
And Loving the train, the boys had such a good time at Disneyland.
Owen has a new love for reading the sports section with Dad in the morning.
Josh and Claire came over the other day and joined us on a walk to the park.  They are the closest thing Owen has to siblings... they love him so well.
How sweet is Claire?

Halloween

We had such a fun halloween this year... the kids were so into it.  I really think it was one of the best nights of Owen's life.  He loved seeing all of his friends, wearing a cape, trick or treating, watching Peter Pan on the big screen in our front yard, and sorting candy from his bucket over and over.

 Superman!!!

The kids LOVED trick or treating!!  What other night do you get to run up to your neighbors door, knock, scream trick or treat, and run away with candy in your bucket??
Finishing the night with a movie on the big screen... trying to keep those kids up late for the time change!

Owen's First Baseball Game

Uncle Todd came through with some amazing play off tickets for Mark... Owen tagged along and the three of them enjoyed Owen's first baseball game together.  Owen loved it, and lasted until the seventh inning stretch.  When he looks at this picture he says "game" and starts moving his arm back and forth yelling "go go go".  Thanks Todd, Im so glad you all have that memory of his first angels game! More to come, Im sure.
